We have developed a dedicated Customs Bonded Warehouse (CBW) for a leading 3PL client to store high-value electronic products within a compliant, secure environment, enabling deferred duty, controlled inventory handling, and rapid customs-aligned operations across the product lifecycle.
The facility spans 45,000 sq ft and is strategically located just 8–9 km from the port to minimize first-mile transit time, reduce handling costs, and accelerate import clearance, value-added processing, and onward distribution to regional markets.
